UX Design for eLearning Course
The challenge was to create a 120 minute course supported by highly developed activities and stimulating experiences with close attention to the diverse abilities of our users. Working within a fully distributed team we researched and produced the Unconscious Bias @ Work training course completed by all employees of a well known global tech company. This was a meaningful program used to educate, empower, and support the diverse culture withing their organization. This stylized interactive learning experience navigated the bounds of the existing design library and utilized Material Design standards.
